Rick Perry Forgets Names and Number of Supreme Court Justices

In a Friday debate, Rick Perry mentioned the “eight unelected and, frankly, unaccountable judges” when there are actually 9 in order to break ties, and also struggled to find the name of Sonia Sotomayor, landing on “Montemayor” at one point in the Iowa debate.
